Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in after 4pm. Check-out by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Closed off loft is not guest accessible.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. This person must sign the agreement and stay at the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. No events allowed.
  • Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to 2 dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. Two kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter are provided for $25 plus tax per night.
  • There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (maximum $175) in order to maintain facilities in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Transportation

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March. Chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • Free parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • High-speed internet, bed linens, towels, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, BBQ grill, TV, hot tub, tennis courts, and kitchen basics are included.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • This homeowner uses outdoor surveillance on the front entrance. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the back recreational area.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Age Restrictions

  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. This person must sign the agreement and stay at the property for the reserved dates.
  • All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
